Safari Big Cat Cancellation & Refunds Policy
At Safari Big Cat, we understand that plans may change unexpectedly. Below is our cancellation policy regarding bookings for jungle safaris:
1. Cancellation Period:
- You may cancel your booking at any time, but please note that cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of your cancellation.
2. Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled safari date: 90% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- Cancellations made between 15 days prior to the scheduled safari date: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled safari date: No refund will be provided.
3. Refund Process:
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 days of the cancellation request being approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
4. Changes to Safari Dates:
- If you need to change the date of your safari, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
5. Force Majeure:
- Safari Big Cat reserves the right to cancel or modify a safari due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or government regulations. In such cases, affected customers will be offered alternative arrangements or a refund, at our discretion.
6. Cancellation Procedure:
- To cancel your booking, please contact us via email or phone using the contact details provided on our website. Please provide your booking reference number and the reason for cancellation.
7. Exceptions:
- In certain exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unavoidable travel restrictions, we may waive or modify our cancellation policy. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.
